He showed up when he said he would and was very thorough. He diagnosed the problem and repaired in a timely manner.

I had a 1967 plumbing issue that was driving me crazy. Faucet on the tub was so crappy that the water wouldn’t come out in a steady stream. The diverter wouldn’t work so half the water come out of the faucet and the other half came out the shower head. Plus the drain was so clogged that you were standing in 6″ of soapy water by the time your shower was over. Ryan quoted me a very reasonable price to replace all of the plumbing for the tub. He had to cut into the ceiling of the basement in order to get to it. Took all day to get everything working but he stayed with it and got it done. Ryan was extremely polite. Made a mess and cleaned it all up before calling it a day. He made a suggestion of replacing the pipes and explained why he thought it was necessary. But there was no hard sell. Just mentioned it and moved on. He even offered and fixed a toilet that needed the filler replaced. Any additional plumbing issues that come up will be repaired by Ryan in the future. Great guy, great job, great price, and I LOVE his logo.
